While flexographic printing has improved dramatically over the years, the highest quality tags are still produced on offset presses. These tags are printed on large sheets and are then cut to the required size.  Texpak has the capability to print any type of offset tag you may require.  Many people who want high quality available only on offset presses also want the flexibility of imprinting variable information on their tags.  This can now be done with the TDI printer.

The TDI printer is a unique machine, which imprints variable information including bar codes on tags.  It can handle stock up to 30 mils thick and includes a stacker.  The machine has a print density of 305 dots per inch and prints at 10" per second.  Tags can be 1.2" to 6.06" wide and the maximum print area is over 5". It is the ideal solution if you need the highest quality tag and still need to print variable information in your facility.
