We sell a wide variety of Avery Dennison cable ties that can be used in many industries and different applications, including: Electrical, electronics, CATV, HVAC, transportation, telecommunications, packaging, retail, beverage, automotive etc… Avery Dennison cable ties are available in sizes from 4″ to 48″ and in three different materials with tensile strength ratings up to 175 lbs.
Bar-Lok® Cable Ties meet all appropriate qualifications for Military Specifications, click here to view the military specification chart. Some Avery Dennison cable tie products are unique such as the merchandise pairing tie, the Super Bar-Lok®, the Secur-A-Tie® and the Ladder Tie. Don’t be fooled by the holes in the ladder ties. They are strong enough to do the job and are also more flexible and economical. No wonder they are a favorite choice in the automotive and retail industries. For applications where engineering and military specifications are not required Texpak offers a line of high quality ties, many of which have the same tensile strength and specifications as their more expensive counterparts.

Available in 4″ length. 18 lb. tensile strength.
Available in 5.5″ and 8″ lengths. 40 lb. tensile strength.
Available in 7.5″, 11″ and 15″ lengths. 50 lb. tensile strength.
Heavy Duty & Extra Heavy Duty
Heavy Duty is available in lengths of 14.5″, 21″, 24″ and 28″. 120 lb. tensile strength.
Extra Heavy Duty is available in 34″ length. 175 lb. tensile strength.
Super Bar Lok®
Available in lengths of 7.5″ and 15″. 50 lb. tensile strength.
Stronger, lighter and more flexible than conventional ties, Super Bar-Loks® resist petro-chemicals better than traditional cable ties and hold up better in extreme temperatures and high vibration environments.
Available in 7″ and 11″ lengths. 40 lb. tensile strength.
When compared to its standard equivalent, the Ladder Tie is both friendly to our environment and cost effective. It uses 60% less material when compared to a solid standard tie and consistently performs higher than the 40lb. tensile strength specification. The Ladder Tie has been accepted in the Automotive, Electronics and Industrial industries.
Available in 5” and 8” lengths. 18 lb. tensile strength.
Commonly used in the retail market for tagging and securing merchandise, Secur-A-Tie® offers economical bundling and attaching solutions.
Available in 8” length. 8 lb. tensile strength.
Economical bundling along with a tamper evident head design. UL listed. Used for applications requiring lower tensile strength where tamper evident is required.
Slim Line Ties
Available in 6”, 8” and 15” lengths. 18 lb and 40 lb tensile strength.
Slim line ties have a smaller head and a narrower cross section allowing the product to be used where space is limited.
Stopper and Merchandise Pairing Ties
Merchandise Pairing Tie
Use these cable ties with products when a consistent fixed bundle diameter is desired. The unique “stop” prevents the bundle from being cinched too tightly. The Merchandise Pairing Tie™ was specifically developed for retailers to pair footwear and other merchandise. The product helps retailers reduce cost for locating separated shoes, re-pairing shoes which are cinched together too tightly, and discarding shoes because the match cannot be located. It can also be used in a variety of specialty applications that require a fixed bundle diameter.
The following lengths are available:
- 11″ length 3.25″ fixed separation 40 lb. tensile strength
- 8″ length 1.6″ fixed separation 40 lb. tensile strength
- 8″ length 1.3″ fixed separation 40 lb. tensile strength
- 11″ length 2.0″ fixed separation 50 lb. tensile strength
- 21″ length 4.4″ fixed separation 120 lb. tensile strength
Available in the following sizes:
- 5″ length Bundle diameter 1/16″ to 1-3/16″ 18 lb. tensile strength
- 5″ length Bundle diameter 1/16″ to 1-3/16″ 8 lb. tensile strength
- 8″ length Bundle diameter 1/16″ to 2″ 18 lb. tensile strength
Simple to use. Place tie around bundle and pull handle tight. Apply tool at head of tie and squeeze. Tie is pulled to pre-set tension and cut off in one simple operation. Available in manual and pneumatic models.
